Episode 4: Return to the Forest of Wonders
Eager to share his success, Furnando descended the Hill of Stars with great care, the Starry Harp clutched protectively in his arms. He could already hear the distant chatter of forest animals, celebrating news of his imminent return.
Upon arriving at the forest’s heart, Furnando was greeted by creatures of all shapes and sizes—chirping birds, curious foxes, and tiny glow-worms. They begged him to play a triumphant melody. Yet, to everyone’s surprise, the Harp suddenly fell silent, its strings unresponsive to Furnando’s touch. It seemed to require a special kind of magic to fully awaken.
Lyria explained that the Starry Harp grows stronger when voices and hearts unite in harmony. To truly unleash its power, Furnando needed to assemble a grand chorus of forest beings. Accompanied by Poleno, he ventured across meadows and glades in search of exceptional voices: the Frog Choir from a nearby marsh, the hidden field of chirping crickets, and a remarkable bee named Satis, whose buzz was more like a soft hum of a violin bow.
Although Furnando managed to gather these talented creatures, old grudges and misunderstandings plagued them. The frogs and crickets bickered over territory, and Satis was shy about singing in front of strangers. As Furnando attempted to mediate, the Harp began to glow faintly. He realized that restoring harmony among his new friends was key—not just in music, but in spirit. By reminding them of the joy found in shared song, he brought them together.
United at last, the frogs, crickets, and Satis joined Furnando in a breathtaking concert. Their collective voices triggered a radiant burst from the Starry Harp, and a grand melody swept through the forest. The magical harmony revived the vibrant energy that had once defined the Forest of Wonders.
As twilight fell, Furnando watched fireflies dance to the music’s lingering echoes. His voice was restored, and the forest thrived anew. Yet he felt a stirring deep within, knowing his journey was far from over.
